The Lightning Emblem
Lightningbending is a sub-style of Firebending in Avatar Mod 2 which involves the generation of lightning bolts. This technique has historically been an extremely powerful and special ability which further enhances the offensive power of firebenders, and lightningbending in AV2 is no joke! Lightningbending deals huge amounts of damage and is a great enhancement to the offensive firebending playstyle.
Obtaining[]
One can learn Lightningbending by studying Lightningbending scrolls found in Nether Fortresses. Generally, each chest can contain a lightningbending scroll if you're lucky. Alternatively, lightningbending scrolls can be found in dungeon libraries. Unlike the main four Bending Styles, learning Lightningbending only requires one scroll, making it significantly easier to learn this specialty bending style
Once Lightningbending is unlocked, abilities and upgrades can be unlocked with either Firebending, Lightningbending, or Universal scrolls.
Abilities[]
Lightningbenders have access to several new abilities in addition to their normal firebending ones:
- Lightning Arc
- Lightning Spear
- Lightning Redirect
- Lightning Raze
In addition, lightningbenders can learn the technique of lightning redirection. Only firebenders can redirect lightning
